The first place to go to get halloween items is Gacha. Pico has replaced all the regular Gacha items with Halloween items!!
Its the same as regular Gacha just with different items and it still cost 100 gummies to play.

Gacha in NYC downtown
Now this gacha cost 50 AG (ameba gold) per spin. Yeah i don't like to spend that much gold for Gacha but you can get some really awesome items in this gacha. :]
In NYC downtown they also have a few shops with halloween costumes, decorations, and more! They also have the halloween decorations up in NYC downtown on Pico.
